Love This Base

This is my favorite base from Hai Di Lao. It's sweet and rich and salty and provides a great base for any hot pot meat. (Especially beef) Lotus roots, cabbage, bean sprouts.... I always grab these in groups of at least 2 because we have hot pot all the time and it's my favorite no spicy version.
