This Spiced Vinegar Makes Any Grilled Meat/Fish/Poultry Taste Better! And it's so inexpensive! It combines well with Gochujang, Doenjang or Thai Peanut Sauce as a dipping sauce. And it's great mixed with shallots, scallions, lime juice & minced chilies to make a cream cheese spread/dip. This is going to be a regular item in my pantry from now on!
It is the first time I have tasted this and it is amazing! I use it on tocino, longanisa, tapa, chicharon etc.
My favorite marinade or vinegar to mix with my chicken marinade (honey, vinegar mixture) and it’s spicy enough to give that particular spice. It’s spicy when used as dip so be careful if you don’t like spicy food. Great with fried fish, fried dried fish or pretty much anything that requires a little tangy in taste.
